Stayed for two nights on a weekend and the hotel was full. Elevator was slow. Parking is available. The buffet was good with Chinese, Indonesian, a little Japanese and Toraja coffee. What I didn't like is the bathroom which has open gaps on the glass doors where it's possible for people to see you inside. There is also less privacy as there is no door for the entire bathroom. I love their shampoo and shower gel. Facilities include a well equipped gym, sauna, pool, salon and spa. Love their pillows as well, only it's hard to request for extra. One area of improvement is in the speed of reception in answering calls. Sometimes it just rings for a long time. Maybe housekeeping should have a different number. Over all, a good stay. Good water provided in the room. Sustainable as they use bottles.
